Our office is on Hedding Street in the West Wing. You can obtain recorded maps (i.e. Subdivision Maps, Record of Surveys) from the County Recorder's Office which is in the East Wing at same location.

FREE PARKING at the County - 70 W Hedding St
Yes, you read that right. There is now FREE parking here at our 70 West Hedding Office, San Jose, CA 95110. There are two rows of free parking just outside the West Wing (which is the building where we are located). Parking spaces are located in the County parking lot on the southeast corner of Hedding and San Pedro Streets. If you are familar with the area, the free parking area is just outside the west doors of the West Wing. This is where the motorcycle parking is. (which has been relocated to the corner of the parking lot) Parking is FREE for ONE hour.
To reach our office from the free parking area, enter the West Wing automatic doors and take the elevator to the basement, then exit the elevator and turn right where you will see our double doors with a ramp leading into our office. To bypass the elevator and take the stairs, continue just past the elevators around the corner on the right, you will see three doors. Take the middle door marked "Stairs" down to the basement, then turn right and you will be facing our office doors.
